Should there be a security incident in which there is a likelihood that individual rights and freedoms have been compromised, we will immediately, but no later than within 72 hours, notify the competent supervisory authority. Should there be a security incident that could pose a high risk to individual rights and freedoms, we will also immediately notify the affected individuals.

Regarding the processing of your personal data that we carry out, you have the following rights:

● The right to access and copy personal data: this right allows you to obtain information about the processing of personal data, and you also have the option to review or obtain a copy of your personal data that we store about you.

● The right to correct personal data: you have the option to request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data that we keep about you.

● The right to restrict processing of personal data: this right allows you to keep data, which could otherwise be deleted, for later evidence in various official proceedings. It also allows you to temporarily restrict processing while decisions on correction or objections are being made by the controller.

● The right to erase personal data: this right allows you to request, in certain cases, the deletion of data we keep about you. When the legal basis for processing personal data is law or a valid contract, we cannot delete your personal data.

● The right to withdraw consent: when your personal data is processed based on consent, you have the option to withdraw this consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not lead to any negative consequences for you. However, we note that after withdrawing consent, we may no longer be able to provide certain services to you.

● The right to object to the processing of personal data: this right is available when personal data processing is based on legitimate interests. It allows you to request the controller to stop processing. We note that in certain cases, the controller may have the right to reject this objection. The controller will cease processing if you object to direct marketing.

● The right to data portability: this right allows you to request that your personal data be transferred to another controller in a machine-readable format. This is possible only if your data is processed by automated means and when it is data collected based on consent or a contractual relationship.

We will process your request as soon as possible and no later than within 30 days of receipt. If your request is extensive and resolution will take longer, we will inform you in advance and provide an estimated timeframe for preparing a response.

If you do not send personal data with your request that allows us to reliably identify you, we will ask you for additional personal data. If you do not provide the additional personal data within the given timeframe, we will reject your request.
